Privacy Policy

The App is designed to work without collecting personal information that identifies you.

• You do not need an account. We do not ask for your real name, email, or phone number.
• Everything you create or configure inside the App — the display name you choose, your cheering photos, the team you follow, and any other preferences — is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.
• Push notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by the App itself. No external push service is involved.
• The only information that leaves your device is aggregate usage data collected by Firebase Analytics, described in Section 3.

The following stay on your device and are not transmitted to us:

• The display name you choose for cheering photos.
• Cheering photos you create (the source photo and the composed image).
• The team you've selected to follow.
• Notification settings and other App preferences.

This data is stored using your operating system's standard storage facilities. We do not have access to it. Uninstalling the App removes it.

The App includes the Firebase Analytics SDK from Google. Firebase Analytics automatically collects a limited set of information to help us measure App usage:

• a randomly generated app instance identifier;
• device information (model, operating system version, language, country, time zone);
• coarse, IP-derived geographic location, typically at the country or region level (your IP address itself is not retained by us);
• app version and build;
• usage events such as screens viewed, taps on key controls, app opens, and crashes.

Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. If you opt in, the App can send you notifications about matches and the team you follow. These notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No external push service is used. We do not receive a push token, and we cannot target individual users with notifications.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device or App settings.

We use the analytics data described in Section 3 to:

• understand which features are used and which are not;
• diagnose crashes and performance problems;
• decide what to build, improve, or remove.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. The App does not display third-party advertising.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the App as the legal basis for processing the limited analytics data described in Section 3. Processing is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal information about you — to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to its processing.

Because the App stores everything you create on your device and does not send personal information to our servers, we are typically unable to locate information specific to a single user. To remove the data you have created, uninstall the App from your device. To limit what Firebase Analytics can associate over time, reset your device's advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your operating system settings.

The App is general-audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, surface the change inside the App. The current version of this policy is always available at this URL.
